Most difficult dancehall very individualistic complex movement and quickly changing styles incorporating extreme flexibility in competitive vein.
Hip Hop varying degrees of difficulty many movements involve martial arts and gymnastics.
Salsa although it is high speed the dance involves the least physical stress.
